Chronic Hemodialysis Unit
The Chronic Dialysis Unit (CDU) has been operating at EVINOR IAE since 2016 with the aim of meeting the needs of our fellow citizen undergoing hemodialysis.
It is one of the best and exemplary units in our country, with high standards of Medical - Nursing staff, Dialysis machines, Building Facilities and Service provision.
The coexistence and support with the EVINOR Diagnostic Center and the Medical Specialties that collaborate beyond Nephrologists, makes it unique in Primary Health Care.
The main goal is to support and improve the quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure.
Our Chronic Dialysis Unit follows all the Health Protocols of the Hellenic National Health Organization regarding Covid-19.

CHRONIC DIALYSIS UNIT MEDICAL EQUIPMENT
The machines hemodialysis is from the German company FRESENIUS 5008 Cordiax, the most modern and advanced in this field and has been awarded the Innovationspreis der deutschen Wirtschaft (the First World Innovation Award) and the Red Dot award for product design.
CHRONIC HEMODIALYSIS UNIT CAPACITY
The Chronic Hemodialysis Unit has a capacity of 22 patients/shift, maintaining 22 Fresenius Medical Care 5008S ONLINE machines. Electric dialysis beds and chairs. State-of-the-art water treatment system (ONLINE), with double-pass reverse osmosis, from the company TEMAK. Generator that ensures the smooth operation of the unit in the event of a power outage.
SERVICES
Dialysis Room 300 sq.m.
Liaison and support with the EVINOR Diagnostic Laboratory for the performance of all Diagnostic and Laboratory tests required for kidney patients.
Continuous monitoring by a Cardiologist, Pathologist and immediate solution to vascular access problems with the Unit's vascular surgeons.
Contract with all the insurance funds of EOPYY (IKA - OPAD - OAEE - OGA etc.), without any burden on the insured.
Presence of a fully equipped and modern ambulance.
EVINOR FACILITIES
A modern and bioclimatically structured environment of 1500 sq.m. with comfortable private parking. The building, in addition to the comfortable and elegant spaces, has an advanced air conditioning system in the dialysis rooms, individual television and internet stations.
