This is the first comprehensive National Prevention Program implemented in our country. The program covers almost all citizens and aims at the early detection of the main chronic diseases (such as cancer and cardiovascular diseases) that are responsible for premature deaths in our country, through the establishment of free preventive diagnostic tests for breast cancer, cervical cancer, colorectal cancer and cardiovascular risk.

Beneficiaries of these programs who have activated the intangible prescription receive the intangible referral for free preventive tests. Those who have not activated the physical prescription, can, using their AMKA, contact any collaborating center in their area (public or private) and book their appointment for the program examination, without any financial burden (the collaborating centers can be found on the program websites).

The Program is implemented by EOPYY and IDIKA.

What does the program include?

1st Laboratory test that includes.

Total cholesterol (TCHOL)

Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C)

High-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C)

Triglycerides (TGs)

Blood sugar - glucose (CL)

General Blood

Lipoprotein α {LP (a)} determination.

In case of findings from the blood tests, a cardiological examination is provided.

2nd Medical Evaluation

After completing the laboratory tests, the doctor completes the cardiovascular risk control management system of IDIKA

Which includes Taking a cardiological history

(family history, weight, height, blood pressure as well as smoking.)

3rd Cardiological examination

Cardiac examination. If deemed necessary, the application performs a cardiological assessment for the presence or absence of coronary artery disease using advanced diagnostic methods.

It is noted that the referral of individuals for each subsequent examination is automated through a central control system
